I would like to first THANK LaMonica for putting all of her efforts in making her 21 Days to My Healthy Body program work for ANY busy women!! LaMonica has been working with me deligently for two years now. I love to work out but with two small children and a full time job it is sometimes hard for me to stay focused on my fitness goals. I've realized what motivates me more (besides seeing results) is being accountable to someone who will guide me in seeking my fitness goals. LaMonica has truly hit the jack pot for me with The Live Stream Fitness Program. Her lastest innovative way to assist women such as myself makes reaching my fitness goals attainable. Live Stream Fitness allows me to interact and check in with her on a weekly basis. With this program it allows me to stay on track with my fitness goals.
