Not everyone loves the gym…like me. I strongly believe that in order for something to become a lifestyle it has to be fun, easy to do, and fit within your schedule. As a personal trainer I can tell you to work out 5 days a week but if I don’t equip you with the knowledge and information on how to do it on your own one day have I really “trained you?”
