Thank you for being apart of the I Love MY Body Fitness Class. I am very excited about assisting you in reaching your body image goals. This class is one part of my program, 21 Days To My Healthy Body. As a participant in the fitness class you are not required to be a student of the program, but I would highly encourage you to consider doing them both if you’re serious about starting a healthy life style and revealing a new you.
I Love MY Body Fitness Classes are designed to help you achieve your overall body image goals by utilizing cardiovascular exercise, resistance training, plyometrics , flexibility and more. These classes are educational, high energy, fun, and interactive plus help you tone, and reshape the muscle, decrease body fat, lose weight, increase energy, and lose inches while teaching you proper technique in a small group setting.

There is a MONTHLY gym membership fee of $37 ($18 for Tenet employees) which provides you access to ALL the fitness classes AND unlimited usage of the entire gym for the full duration of fitness class sessions and membership.
