I Love MY Body Fitness Class

Summer Session

A LOT OF DAYS WHEN IT’S TIME FOR MY FITNESS CLASS, I AM SO TIRED. BUT I REMEMBER, LIKE AMANDA, THE AMT OF ENERGY I GAIN FROM ATTENDING THE CLASS. I ALSO HAVE TO TELL MYSELF THAT WE ARE ACCOUNTABLE FOR ONE ANOTHER AND WE HAVE NO OPTION BUT TO ENCOURAGE AND EDIFY EACH OTHER.I TELL MYSELF THAT NOT COMING IS NOT AN OPTION AND LOOK AT THESE LOVE HANDLES AND REALIZE THAT THEY ARE GOING TO STAY IF I DON’T TAKE FULL CONTROL. I ALSO TELL MYSELF I WANT TO LOVE MY BODY.” ~Ms.Sunshine

Thank you for being apart of the I Love MY Body Fitness Class. I am very excited about assisting you in reaching your body image goals. This class is one part of my program, 21 Days To My Healthy Body. As a participant in the fitness class you are not required to be a student of the program, but I would highly encourage you to consider doing them both if you’re serious about starting a healthy life style and revealing a new you.

I Love MY Body Fitness Classes are designed to help you achieve your overall body image goals by utilizing cardiovascular exercise, resistance training, plyometrics , flexibility and more. These classes are educational, high energy, fun, and interactive plus help you tone, and reshape the muscle, decrease body fat, lose weight, increase energy, and lose inches while teaching you proper technique in a small group setting.

Class Requirements:

* You can purchase the equipment at Wal-Mart, Target, or Ross. Please do not spend a lot of money on these items. If you’re not able to purchase them let me know ASAP.

There is a MONTHLY gym membership fee of $37 ($18 for Tenet employees) which provides you access to ALL the fitness classes AND unlimited usage of the entire gym for the full duration of fitness class sessions and membership.
