If someone gave you a map that lead you to a treasure chest that contained 5 million dollars, a good marriage, well behaved children, happiness, security, and peace. Would you follow it? Of course you probably would say yes, then when it really hits you, you may reconsider and start to question the motive. Questions like, why was I chosen? What do I have to do to get the map? How much will it cost? And how long do I have to find the treasure? I know I would. We all know nothing in life is free. Almost everything has a price or cost associated with it. EVERYTHING!
On the 21 Day Health and Fitness Challenge I have done just that. I have given you a map that in the ends leads to a treasure chest. The treasure chest I am referring to is YOU. You’re a treasure to your husband, family and friends; a jewel that needs to make sure you are healthy enough to maintain your value. I remember looking at pictures and not liking what I saw. Not knowing how I ended up looking like that and no one told me I was getting fat. Until I did a photo shoot for a local modeling agency and saw the proofs. OMG!!!! I was shocked. I would tell myself that I was going to lose weight. A week would pass, then a month and then a year. Still looking the same. I had gotten comfortable with where I was in my life at the time and the weight just kept increasing. This happens to us all, we start to let the small things slip and before long we’re looking at ourselves and not liking what we see.

The bigger I got the more I lied to myself. Especially when it come to buying clothes. I would say things like, ”It doesn’t matter what size it is, has long as it fits the way I want it to fit”. That’s totally wrong. I was in self denial, trying to make excuses for why I looked the way I looked.
Enough about me I can go on and on, let’s get back to the treasure. The only instructions on getting to the treasure is to do exactly as the map states. Turn when it say to turn, staying on a certain route for the specified time, and even rest when the map says to take a rest. With a map like this there’s no way you couldn’t find the treasure. That’s guaranteed success.
Doesn’t that sound simple of enough? Well it is, and that’s basically how the 21 Day Challenge works. I have a desire to see women get healthy and fit that I make myself available to you 24/7 I’m never out of reach.
