Have you ever wanted something so bad that you would do anything to get it? Work overtime, cut back on getting your hair done, skip that mani and pedi for a couple of months. All just to have enough money to purchase what you want. I know I have. Still do. I love purses and I have to admit the money I spend on purses sometimes could probably pay someones rent for the month. Now, I don’t do it often but when I want something I want it. And ladies I know you know what I’m talking about. We can be very created with the finances and make it work when we REALLY want something. So my question today is…. “How much is your health worth?”
To me my health is priceless. There is nothing more valuable to me than my life( not even a purse
).We find so many excuses on why we can’t invest money, time or energy into our health. You’re priceless! Please know that. Despite the economic situation we’re currently in, I do know there’s 1 business that seems not to be affected as much, the beauty industry. Women will spend their last to look good on the outside, but what about what’s underneath. Underneath the clothes, and the make up. What about how good the inside looks? Even though you can’t see the inside externally it has a lot to do with how good you look and feel on the outside.
Is your health worth at least $1.20 a day? Of course it is. I know the 21 Day Challenge works but I want you to decide today that you’re priceless and your health comes first. Whether you sign up for the 21 Day Challenge or go with some other program make getting healthy a priority this year.
I welcome your question and comments if your struggling with what you need to do to get healthy inside and out. I’ll be waiting to hear from you.

Wow! Ladies thank you for all the comments from the 2010…MY NEW YEAR blog post. I see we’re all on the same track for the New Year with putting ourselves first and making some very important health changes. You’re comments are really appreciated by me and other women that read the blog, so thanks again for taking the time to share.
Speaking of 2010, 21 Days To My Healthy Body has several new and exciting things planned. I will be working very hard with my team to take this program to the next level and assist women around the world develop the I Love MY Body Attitude.
On January 5 I will be launching the “I Love MY Body” fitness class in Atlanta. The classes will be held 3 days a week at the Highland Athletic Center in Atlanta. Also in January I will start offering free Health and Fitness Seminars to ladies that want to change their body image but just don’t know where to start. After our December conference call I received such valuable feedback from the call that starting January 11 and every 2nd Monday of the month I will host a conference call starting at 8:30pm EST/5:30 PST. To ensure you get the information about the call and seminars make sure you down load the free report.
Lastly, as you may have noticed on the right side bar the 21 Days To My Healthy Body customized store is now open. Several ladies have asked where I get my t-shirts from on the videos. Well no need to ask any more, the store is open and now you can have one of your own! These are just a few things I wanted to share with you as we move into the New Year. There is a lot more to follow, any and all comments or suggestions are welcomed
.
On a personal note, ladies you have made this such a wonderful, exciting adventure thus far and I can’t wait to see what the future holds! Thank you for all your support, words of encouragement and prayers. Words are not enough to express what I feel when I read your testimonies and comments, again Thank You.

“La Monica I’ve tried so many diets how do I know the 21 Day Health and Fitness Challenge will work for me?” Good question. Plus it’s one I get all the time. And my answer is always the same, “The 21 Day Health and Fitness Challenge is not a diet, it’s a life style change.” Diet’s don’t work; they’re a temporary solution to a life time issue. You may loose the weight at first but if you don’t continue to follow the diet the weight will return. Diets can be very restrictive, I don’t know about you but restricting my food is not something I want to do. For anyone that knows me, knows I like to eat! My husband said that I was like a little bird, I ALWAYS HAVE MY MOUTH OPEN. I really don’t think diet’s address the real issue, and that’s helping you keep the weight off.
Food is all around us. You can’t hardly watch TV without seeing something about food, either for fast food resturant or a grocery store advertisement. Food is everywhere and it is vital for living so why not eat to live. There will be days where you may want to eat a cookie, or have some chips and if you’re on a diet you can’t and that’s where the 21 Day Health and Fitness Challenge comes in.
On the 21 DHFC I teach you how to make health conscious food choices while enhancing your physical appearance with exercise. I feel that education is the key to success with anything; even losing weight. The more you know the better you become at making the right choices about food and your body. The 21 DHFC is a step by step program that teaches women to take care of the whole body not just losing weight. The female body is very complex and we have things that affect out weight that men don’t haven to deal with, for example hormones. There are internal things that could be going on that can prevent you from losing weight and even cause you to gain weight. The 21 DHFC focuses on the healthy body and the right foods to eat, not just on loosing weight. You can’t be so obsessed with weight loss that you’ll willing to do anything to lose the weight even if you don’t lose it the healthy way. Weight loss is something that takes time. You didn’t gain the weight over night and it won’t come off over night. Be patient with yourself and know that as long as you’re apart of the 21 DHFC I’m there with you every step of the way.
