Who’s Behind 21DaystoMyhealthyBody.com?
21DaysToMyHealthyBody.com is the brain child of LaMonica Toussaint a native of Atlanta, Georgia.
LaMonica Toussaint has been caring for her body and other women’s body for the last 12 years as a Registered Nurse. In that time, she gained a huge amount of knowledge about fitness, food, and losing weight by personally challenging coworkers, family and friends to maintain a healthy lifestlye in 21 days. As a health and fitness enthusiast, it is her goal to assist women in making health conscious food choices while enhancing their physical appearance through exercise producing the “I Love My Body” Attitude.

With the help of the SIMAKAN Group, LaMonica has used the resources of the internet to privately coach women to reach all of their fitness and health goals with interactive video, personal coaching sessions, motivational emails and food menus in her 21 Day Health and Fitness Challenge.
